    The Small Flows Journal is the only peer-reviewed technical journal devoted specifically to the study of onsite and small community wastewater issues. Its articles encompass aspects of engineering, planning, water quality, and public administration. In the year 2000, the Small Flows newsletter became the Small Flows Quarterly magazine.
