Through a partnership with the RCAP and a cooperative agreement with the U.S. EPA, SMART will provide source water and wellhead protection training and outreach in small communities around the country.

    • Small Flows Magazine

    The National Small Flows Clearinghouse (NSFC)

    Small Flows magazine combines two previous NSFC publications, the Small Flows newsletter and The Small Flows Journal. The magazine features news, technical, and educational articles about a variety of small community wastewater issues, including treatment technologies, regulations, and finance. Included as an insert are peer-reviewed research journal articles. Due to funding cuts in Small Flows magazine is now a Bi-Annual publication.
