We are community of 16 located in the High Sierras and our springs have run low late in the summer months. We'd like to attach a meter to get inflow measures and would apprecaited some meter recommendations (2 inch pvc pipe). We are also considering adding another tank plus well (6 inch 750 ft depth). What regulatory issues should we consider for such a small community when adding a well to our water system?
